Information you submit through our booking form is used strictly to:

• Review performance availability, scheduling, and repertoire fit.
• Communicate directly with you via email or phone regarding your gig or event request.
• Prepare accurate performance quotes and arrangements.

We never sell, rent, lease, or trade your contact information to data brokers, third parties, or marketing agencies.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS & DATA STORAGE

To keep this website running smoothly, securely, and reliably, we use standard, trusted infrastructure service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Hosting & Server Infrastructure: Hosted via Vercel Inc., which serves the website and processes form requests.
• Cloud Database: Booking inquiry records and show schedules are stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL cloud database hosted in the United States) protected by server-side authorization and Row Level Security.
• Email Delivery: Form submissions are delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit.co and received in our Google Workspace (Gmail) account.

5. COOKIES & TRACKING

We respect your online privacy:

• No Advertising Pixels: We do not use Facebook/Meta Pixels, TikTok Pixels, Google Tag Manager, or retargeting ad scripts.
• No Analytics Trackers: We do not run third-party session recording or behavioral tracking services.
• Authentication Cookies: The only cookie used on this site is an encrypted, strictly necessary session cookie (zl_admin_session) used exclusively when band administrators log into the private performance manager.

6. EXTERNAL PLATFORMS & LINKS

Our site contains links to external platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linktree, and Venmo. When you click these links, you leave our website, and any interaction with those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION REQUESTS

We retain booking inquiry records for scheduling, communication, and performance records. If you would like us to review, update, or delete your contact information and inquiry history from our records, simply send an email request to zachandlyndseyshow@gmail.com. We will promptly honor your request.
